Who We Are

We are a team of planners, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, property consultants, civil engineers, and bore hole consultants. Our practice is Designing Complete exceptional buildings, estates in special situations, where a unique historic or natural environment requires an especially thoughtful and innovative solution.

We strive to design buildings that are at once visually striking and enrich the lives of all people who use them. With each building we look for the opportunity to broaden the architectural landscape while maintaining fidelity to the timeless fundamentals that help buildings maintain their physical and cultural relevance over decades and even centuries.

From inception in 2002, we have shared the singular goal of creating lasting impact through design for both communities and individuals. Our architects, expertise, technical systems, planning, documentation and project management each play essential, complementary roles that enable us to pursue this goal as a unified team. We leverage the individual and collective creativity and imagination of our expert teams, with over two decades of knowledge and experience and then approach each project as a chance to begin again and see new possibilities with fresh eyes.

Well drilling is the process of drilling a hole in the ground for the extraction of a natural resource such as ground water, brine, natural gas, or petroleum, for the injection of a fluid from surface to a subsurface reservoir or for subsurface formations evaluation or monitoring – and we do this exceedingly well.

These are essentially source-response geological studies - source being the natural fields of the earth (passive methods) or by artificially energizing the earth (active methods) and we interpret the responses as due to the geological variations. These surveys are relevant for such effective and efficient borehole drilling.

01. How does Ubafest Merchant operate in terms of mobilization?

We demand a 70% mobilization before the job is begun and then, upon completion of the job, the 30% balance is paid.

02. How long does it take to drill boreholes?

There is no definite time span to fit all jobs, it varies depending on the location and other factors.

03. How long does it take to draw an architectural plan?

It depends on the design requested. However, for bungalows, it takes an average of 3 days.
